These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Bizpilot) and Dream IT, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Bizpilot provides a shared inbox for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, an AI agent that drafts or sends replies from your business information, and related tools such as comment replies, orders, invoices and reports. Tools marked "coming soon" may change.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and have the right to manage the pages and accounts you connect.
• Keep your log-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Acceptable use

• Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Community Standards, the WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable laws.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading offers, illegal products, harassment, or messages outside the windows Meta allows.
• Do not use Bizpilot to collect sensitive data you are not allowed to collect.

AI replies

The AI agent answers from the information and rules you provide. You choose whether it only suggests replies or sends them automatically. You are responsible for the information you give it and for replies sent from your pages; please review your settings and test in Suggest mode first.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. See the Refund policy.

Third-party platforms

Bizpilot depends on Meta's APIs. If Meta changes, limits or suspends access, some features may stop working; we are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your pages or accounts.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Bizpilot available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closing, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with courts in Dhaka.
