সেটিংস থেকে চ্যানেল বিচ্ছিন্ন করুন বা ইমেইল করুন, ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ডেটা মুছে ফেলা হবে।

You can delete your data from Bizpilot at any time.

Disconnect a page or account

1. Log in to Bizpilot and open Settings → Channels.
2. Choose the page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number and click Disconnect.
3. Its access token is deleted immediately; its messages and related data are deleted within 30 days.

Remove Bizpilot from Facebook

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
2. Find Bizpilot and click Remove.
3. When Meta notifies us, we delete the data received for that connection within 30 days.

Delete your whole account

Email hello@dreamithq.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my Bizpilot data", or use Settings → Delete workspace. We confirm by email and delete all workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
